Dream Bosphorus made our honeymoon after another hotel cancelled our booking on arrival. They got us a room at short notice and took such good care of us that we’ll stay here whenever we visit Istanbul. The staff were so friendly and polite, and had us smiling every day. Breakfast was beautiful too. They turned what could’ve been a really awful start into a relaxed, lovely stay. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you all again ❤️

We’ve only been here a few days, but the location is hard to beat and everyone on staff has been extremely kind. The room’s on the small side, though it was spotless and had everything we needed. Breakfast was amazing. I’d happily stay again.

I was unable to make the trip because of a serious medical problem, which I explained clearly to Dream Bosphorus Hotel. The hotel still wouldn’t offer any flexibility or even a partial refund. I understand that there are cancellation rules, but I found the response to a genuine, unexpected health issue very disappointing and lacking empathy. With that rigid attitude, I can’t recommend the hotel.

The helpful staff were a plus, and the hotel is well placed for sightseeing, though it can get noisy around there. The view is pleasant, but you can see the nearby train station. The rooms and bathrooms are small, with very little space for two suitcases, and the cleanliness could be better. Breakfast also fell short of what I expected from Turkish cuisine.
