The street noise goes on day and night, probably because the hotel is so central. I only stayed one night, though I had planned on two, and the price felt high for what the room offered. The room didn't match the photos on the booking sites. There was no hair dryer, the headboard wasn't attached to the bed, and the pillowcases looked unclean and didn't match. The synthetic room scent was overpowering. The walls were in poor shape, and there were holes around the door frame. Foam was visibly sticking out of the door, which looked awful. Even the ashtray was dirty despite being empty. It all made me wonder if this was what I'd paid for.

I couldn't sleep at all because it was so noisy at night. The room was filthy, super nasty. I was really disappointed with this hotel. Booking here turned into a terrible day, and I don't know how to describe how bad they were. I booked one night for 180 TL, based on my experience with hotels. The staff tried to steal my money and spoke rudely to me. I asked them to wake me at 6, but they never did. Mafia staff. Stay away.

The location is the only good thing, near Marmaray and Metro. We paid 200 TL for just six hours, from midnight to 6 AM, and it wasn't worth it. The towels were old and so worn that they looked and felt like rags. The used bedsheets made it feel like staying in a very poor home. You'll be disappointed once you get inside.

No elevator, and nobody helped with the bags. The prices are high, there's no breakfast or other service, and the reception staff were cold and disrespectful. It feels like sleeping out on the street. I don't recommend it.
