The rooms are a little small, but that didn’t matter much since we were out seeing Istanbul most of the time. I’ve been visiting for about five years and have stayed at plenty of hotels, and this family-run place stands out for its friendly staff, cleanliness, good location, and fair price.

Pamuk, their sweet and friendly cat, was a favorite of mine. The people here are just as lovely, and the staff speak English. Our room was always beautifully cleaned when we came back, and room service was great. Everything felt clean, cozy, and comfortable. The location also made it feel close to everything. We’ve enjoyed it so much that this definitely won’t be our last stay.

Mr. Jomhour, the manager, made a real difference with his attentive, professional help and warm welcome. His care shows in the service from the whole team. My family and I found the rooms quiet and comfortable, and the hotel was clean, well kept, and well placed for exploring Istanbul. It felt welcoming, offered good value, and we’d happily choose Iris Han Hotel again. We highly recommend it.

The owners were the highlight for us. They were so welcoming and kind, and went out of their way to help us get around Istanbul and enjoy the visit. The rooms were comfortable, spotless, and well looked after. It’s also well placed for transport and major sights. I’d recommend staying here if you want an easy, pleasant trip.

My wife and I felt at home here in a way we haven’t at an ordinary hotel. Iris Han and its staff are a gem in one of Istanbul’s loveliest areas. Everyone was warm and attentive, always ready to help and look after us. Thank you, we’ll make the trip back from Australia.
