A quiet, nice apartment, clean and equipped with everything you need. It has an elevator, too. The owner was kind and cooperative, and the neighborhood is great, with lots of markets, restaurants, and grocery stores. I’d definitely recommend it.

It’s a good looking apartment, very close to Taksim Square. It could be a bit cleaner, though it’s still fine to stay in. A few minutes away, there are places where you can get a decent meal.

The customer service was very rude, and they made us cancel the room ourselves. Management was very poor. The guy who chatted with me had no sense of professionalism, and it felt like I’d chosen a cheap hotel. Not recommended at all. If you’re travelling to Istanbul, please look for somewhere better.

For what it costs, this place is worth the four stars. It’s cosy and clean, too. Just be warned about parking: finding a spot is a nightmare if you’re driving. You may be better off staying elsewhere, or parking at an otopark and walking 6-7 minutes.

The staff were very friendly, but our room had lots of ants and didn’t feel clean when we arrived. Nobody came to clean during our stay, so I left early.
