Istanbul Hotel & Suites

The street ends without any parking, and the rooms were noisy. We could hear a couple next door making loud love noises for half an hour. Smoke was everywhere, in the stairs, room, sheets, and towels. The staff and customers smoking outside were annoying, and marijuana smoke even came through the door of the room next to us. At check-in the staff were rude. The room, toilet, and shower were all small, the towels dirty, and there's no elevator, so luggage has to be carried up to the first, second, third, or fourth floor. Don't trust the photos or fake-looking comments on sites such as expedia.

There was no rest for the money we paid. Noise kept coming every hour, with people walking through the hallways or talking loudly, and everything echoed. The rooms weren't clean enough, and the photos don't match what you actually get. Very poor, and there's no food included.

Breakfast was served on a terrace overlooking the sea, and the 24-hour reception was very helpful. Efe especially helped us get to know the city and put together our accommodation plan, which made a big difference for us. I had been unsure about staying because of earlier comments, but the hotel was renovated after New Year's and everything had changed. It was clean and hygienic.

Everyone on the staff was a 10, really friendly. Thanks to Mohamed and the reception team for helping us with everything.
