The location is great, just 10 minutes from the airport. The rooms are clean and have the important things you need. Service is perfect, and the staff are ready to help with anything. They're better than staff at big hotels, who can be rude.

Breakfast had plenty of fresh, tasty choices, and the hotel was quiet enough to relax in while still close to what you need. My room was spotless, nicely designed, and comfortable, with a very cozy bed and everything in its place. The staff made a great impression from arrival, they were welcoming, professional, and helpful, and check-in was quick and easy. I had an amazing stay and would happily come back. Highly recommend it for comfort, cleanliness, and good service!

I booked a room with four beds, but they switched it to three. Reception said there were no other rooms, so I had no choice. The door was damaged and let sound through, making it hard to sleep, and I couldn't lock it from outside. The receptionist couldn't speak English.

I canceled my reservation and was told the money would be returned within 5 to 7 days, but it never came. I sent them several messages and got no reply. I also called, but the person who answered didn't know English.

The price is reasonable, and Tersane metro station is about 15 minutes away. This works well if you're spending hours in the city and only need somewhere to shower and rest.
