The front desk staff were always kind, and they called a cab for our early flight. That was the only saving grace. The room wasn't nice, the sheets were extremely dirty, and the walls were very thin. Also, the online listing called it Resort Suit Otel, but the sign when we arrived said “Arena Hotel.” This isn't a good budget option near the airport: the train ride was over 20 minutes, with closer places available, then it was a 15-minute walk over cobblestones, difficult with luggage. I wouldn't recommend it.

There are shops and restaurants within walking distance, and the hotel is also walkable from the metro line to the airport. I chose it for one night because it was near a metro station, but there's no elevator. The staff watched my girlfriend and me carry our heavy bags up the stairs without offering help. The room had a nice large smart TV, a sofa, kettle, and fridge, but the small double bed felt cramped for two average-sized people. Internet was painfully slow when it connected at all. Noise was another problem: our room was loud, with a very loud sound inside the wall that disturbed our sleep. I think it was water constantly running in the next room's toilet. Even something simple like no bin in the room was annoying. This place could be much better with some effort.

The place was dirty, there was no elevator, and nobody was available to help. What a pity.
