The room was amazing, and the hotel feels luxurious with a great atmosphere. The staff were really nice and superb. Room service was very slow, though, and the shower design doesn't give much privacy.

The quality is really good, and almost all the units have a balcony 😍 The facility and location are good too, but there's no green space for walks or a playground for kids. If you have pets, it may not be a very good place to live.

We visited friends who live there and thought it was a really good place. The reception staff, though, were rude and impolite. They held us up at the entrance, not to check us, but because they were on the phone with someone else, so we were left standing there 😒😶😳

This complex is very poor when it comes to after-sales service. If something or a piece of material gets damaged, they offer no support at all. Mohammad in the sales office is extremely rude and unprofessional.
