Habib at reception was very helpful, and the service was excellent. I stayed four nights, and the hotel was well placed for getting around. My room was very clean. I’d recommend it.

Both reception staff were kind. They brought me warm water and suggested places to see, including some that might cost less. The room was clean and good, and the hotel is on a quiet, well-lit street that felt safe in the evening. It’s also close to the Taksim Square metro station. This was my first trip to Turkey, and I’d stay here again if I return to Istanbul.

They said the room I’d booked wasn’t available and asked me to pay more. In the end, the room I had reserved was available after all. It felt like they were trying to scam me.

We spent two nights at La Fortuna. They let us check in very early in the morning, which was a big help. Habibi at reception was friendly and helpful, and the staff were welcoming.

The location was good, and the receptionist Habib was friendly. They let us check in at 2 a.m., which was nice. But the bathroom was in bad shape, the shower wouldn’t close, and the WiFi didn’t work. There’s no breakfast, and they didn’t provide water. I wouldn’t bring a small child or baby here, as it didn’t seem suitable for them.
