The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in and checkout were both quick and easy. The hotel is secured by two doors, which felt reassuring. Its location is a real plus, near the ferry, metro, buses, and lots of great cafés and restaurants. My room was clean and comfortable, with a good bed, pillows, a duvet, a safe, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. There was a kettle with complimentary tea and coffee, plus bottled water provided regularly. The shower was nice, and the shampoo and soap came in small bottles with different scents. It wasn't very quiet, since sounds from other rooms carried through. There was also a strong mold and sewage smell, especially on the first floor and at night. The building has no elevator, and staff didn't seem to be there overnight, so guests had to ring the bell for someone to let them in. That could get annoying.

We had everything we needed nearby, and the reception staff were so kind. The room was modern and nice, and breakfast was excellent with a lovely view. We won't forget our stay.

The breakfast was good, though there's plenty of room to make it better. We spent five nights at Loka Suites, right in busy Kadikoy, with the metro and taxis about a five-minute walk away and plenty of places to eat just downstairs. The lovely women managing the property deserve credit for keeping the rooms, stairs, and lobby clean. They were friendly and courteous, and for the money it was a good value.

Loka Suite felt peaceful but still central, and the room was so spotless it looked brand new. Mr. Erdem was incredibly helpful and kind, which made the stay feel like being at a friend's home. A cozy, clean place I'd happily recommend.
