We booked through Otelz two weeks ahead and called on the day of our trip to confirm. The man on the phone said his staff had forgotten to update the price, so our booked rate was lower, and offered to help us at a higher price. I said no and explained that we’d be travelling by bus from another city and arriving around 11, 12, or 1 am. I didn’t want trouble when we got there. He agreed on the phone. At 1 am, we arrived with our suitcases and IDs. The girl who’d handled the booking kept staring at the screen and chewing gum, while a man claiming to be the owner came over and said he was cancelling it. The person I’d spoken with wasn’t there. He looked at us mockingly and offered a different price, which we refused. I’ve never dealt with anyone so disgraceful, cheap and despicable. Foreigners in particular shouldn’t go there, since the staff don’t know a word of English. I don’t mean that to belittle them, but if you run a hotel in a place like Istanbul, you should learn some. Without me, my foreign boyfriend wouldn’t have been able to communicate with them at all. May the money we spent getting there and leaving go to waste and be cursed!

We booked the day before and went to the hotel. After talking among themselves, the two men at reception told us to come in. When we said we had a reservation, they said there was no room for us and that we could cancel for free, so we wouldn’t lose our money. We called the hotel and were told they’d shown us an available room because they didn’t know how to close it in the system. They were told not to use the app if they didn’t know how. A disgraceful place. I definitely don’t recommend it. Avoid it if you don’t want to be stranded in the middle of the night.

I booked through Otelz and arrived on 16.02.2024, but nobody attended to me. After waiting 15-20 minutes, I left and tried to find an employee without success. Eventually I reached the foreign employee at reception. He acted as if everything was normal, didn't apologize and asked for my ID before giving me a room. Once we got upstairs, noise from the highway came straight through the window, which wouldn’t close properly. After putting up with two disgraceful things in a row, we decided within 2-3 minutes to leave. I’d been in the room for 30 minutes, but Otelz rejected my cancellation because of the hotel's FALSE response, and I lost my money. What were you thinking? You’re on the side of a noisy highway, the hotel was unstaffed and uncaring, and now I’m writing this, maybe costing you dozens of customers over 900 TL. You’re a newly opened hotel, too. One of your two positive comments belongs to the owner and the other to the Uzbek employee. What else is there to say?

A complete disappointment. The rooms were dirty, and the sheets were too. The staff seemed to have no idea why they were there. They had a little girl at reception who showed no smile or politeness.

We arrived very late and were hungry, but the receptionist kindly ordered food for us. The staff were friendly, and the room was clean and functional. It was a wonderful stay and excellent value for money. The hotel is right next to the bus terminus, too. I highly recommend it.
