Mayza Otel

Mayza otel was a great fit for couples and families looking for a decent place to stay. Big thanks to the reception team, especially Batuhan, for being kind, hospitable, and understanding of what guests need. Definitely recommend it.

The location is central and works well for a holiday. Rooms were very clean, and the staff were kind. I’d recommend staying here.

The bathroom was a mess despite the extra drain under the toilet. Water drained slowly in the shower, and it wasn’t sealed properly even though it looked like it was. The soap dispenser in my room didn’t work either. The room felt cramped, with hardly enough space to move around. The shower temperature kept dropping day after day until changing the setting made no difference. And in my opinion, the breakfast here isn’t worth eating.

The photos looked nothing like what I found when I arrived. My room was tiny and dirty, with bed bugs, blood all over the sheet, and filthy carpets. I’d booked four nights, but didn’t feel able to stay even one. They wouldn’t cancel the booking or refund me, so I had to give up the payment and leave. I found a really good hotel nearby afterward. The staff weren’t friendly at all.
