Breakfast was really good, and the staff were very helpful when I needed to change my reservation. Even though it was peak time, they arranged a very reasonable upgrade. It was one of my best hotel experiences, and I'd definitely recommend it. 🇵🇰🇹🇷

Getting to the bus, tram, metro, and Marmaray was convenient. It's a neat, cozy hotel, and the people there were really warm. Breakfast was decent too.

The rooms were reasonably clean, the staff polite, and the location central and safe. Those good points couldn't make up for the mismatch between the online presentation and the stay I had. The Google Maps and Booking photos seemed misleading to me, and the high score gave the impression of a proper four-star hotel. I found it closer to three stars, and the online rating didn't match what I experienced. That's disappointing for people booking in good faith. I also found breakfast extremely basic, with very few choices and well below what I'd expect from a real four-star hotel. I'm attaching my own photos of the breakfast and the hotel's actual condition to show what future guests might expect. The hotel should be more transparent and honest in its advertising. Until then, I'd strongly advise travelers not to rely on the pictures or score on Booking and Google, since they didn't reflect my experience.

I come to this hotel about once every two months when I'm in Istanbul. The breakfast is served in a restaurant with panoramic city views, and the central location, professional and helpful staff, and overall lack of anything negative keep bringing me back. The rooms can feel a little small for two, but they're ideal for one. Don't let the negative reviews put you off. I personally think some may have been written with bad intentions because of some other dispute. Enjoy your stay.
