We felt at home here, and the staff's kind, professional manner and constant smiles made our stay so pleasant. The hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable, and very clean. A wonderful visit from beginning to end, highly recommended.

The room was a little small, but it was fine. Staff were helpful, breakfast was good, and it's near Istiklal Street and Taksim Square. Since check-in wasn't until 2 pm, I was able to leave my luggage there beforehand.

Breakfast had a good variety, and the housekeeping staff were clean and professional. The receptionists were especially helpful, always available when we needed them and ready to assist with a smile. The whole team was flawless. Highly recommend!

There's some street noise, sure, but that's part of being in such a buzzy part of town. This place is a gem, with a great location, clean rooms, good breakfast, and great staff. Maybe it's family run? I rate it highly.
