Molton Nisantasi Suites

The location is handy, right by a Metro station, and the facilities were average or a little better. But the bathroom drain gave off such a foul sewer smell that we could smell it in the lounge. We’d paid a week upfront, then had to leave after five nights because of unforeseen circumstances. They wouldn’t refund the $150 for the last two days, or let us keep it as a credit toward a future visit. Appalling business ethics.

Getting to the subway was easy, and the staff were very helpful. The rooms were spacious and modern, but the sewage smell throughout the building, even in the lobby, made that hard to appreciate. It was strongest around the kitchen and bathroom sinks, enough to make brushing your teeth difficult. I understand plumbing can be a problem in old buildings, but this property shouldn’t have become a hotel without a fix for it.

There was no water, hot water, or heater, and the service was awful. It seemed like nobody was working, and the staff we did encounter were extremely disrespectful to customers. We also had to carry our own bags because there was nobody to help. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t advise anyone to stay here.

Nisantasi is known for shopping, and the area is lovely, close to everything you need. The suites are well equipped, with a kitchen and washing machine as well as the other essentials. I’ll stay here again :) Thanks!
