The reception team made the stay, with outstanding service and helpful local tips. Aziz and another gentleman, whose name I couldn’t catch after a long flight, went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. Communication was top-notch from the reservation through checkout. The small hotel is clean, the beds are really comfortable, and I enjoyed the breakfast. It’s in a very convenient spot for seeing the major landmarks on foot. The Blue Mosque is under a 10-minute walk away. I’d recommend staying here without hesitation.

The staff were incredibly kind and always ready to help us with all sorts of things. Our room was clean and comfortable, and staying there for several days with our child was very convenient. The location is ideal for exploring Istanbul, near Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. If we return, we’ll definitely stay here again 🤍

Aykut, Gökhan, and Aziz made our stay feel special from the start. Their kindness, availability, and positive energy made us feel at home. We laughed, shared lovely moments, and made memories we won’t forget. You don’t often meet staff who are this warm and caring. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, with a pleasant atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious, varied, and beautifully presented each morning. The location was great too, with everything nearby. Thanks to the whole team, especially Aykut, Gökhan, and Aziz. We’d love to come back.

The employees were so kind and attentive, helping us plan our schedule and suggesting restaurants and places to visit. Aykut, Gökhan, and Aziz deserve a special thank you. Sharing coffee and Turkish tea with them gave us some lovely memories we’ll keep for a long time. The hotel was very comfortable and perfectly located for exploring Istanbul. I highly recommend it and will be very happy to come back.

Hotel Nena made for a comfortable stay in Istanbul. Its location puts everything nearby, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean, the Wi-Fi is good, and breakfast on the ground floor tastes great. We feel lucky to have had such a good experience. Highly recommended!
