New Beylerbeyi Hotel

The breakfast was the best part for me, and the staff were amazing. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the beach, with a bus station almost next door. The comfort and service make this feel different from a typical motel. If you want an easy vacation, I’d book here. For the low price, it’s hard to find even a halfway decent place like this in Istanbul, and you get what you pay for. Five-star endorsement, even with the bad reviews.

There’s private parking, the breakfast is delicious, and the service is excellent. The hotel feels cozy, and the staff are friendly. Thank you very much for your work.

It feels like home here, and I really like the area, with shops and restaurants close by. The hotel has a kitchen where you can cook your favorite meals as much as you want, or order them. I love cooking, so that’s heaven on earth for me. My bed was very comfortable, and breakfast was healthy. When I had internet trouble at much more expensive hotels, I was told nothing could be done. Here, they fixed it in two minutes and everything worked perfectly :). The hotel meets all my expectations, and the quality, service, and price work out just right for me. The people here are warm, friendly, and helpful. I especially want to mention Mr. Coskun, if I’ve spelled his name right, a kind and wonderful man with energy in his eyes and a big smile. Being able to communicate in English is another real plus. I highly recommend the hotel. I’ve finally found the right place to stay in Istanbul, and I’ll come back here if I return.

I travel to Istanbul regularly, and this was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The traffic on the busy main road was constant, day and night. There was banging in the middle of the night, staff arguing with guests, and the walls were so thin I could hear people talking next door. I didn’t feel safe with the door locks, so I had to brace the door with a chair. There was no housekeeping during my three-day stay, and the room filled up with rubbish. The room smelled strongly of damp from the floor, and the mattress smelled sweaty and smoky. I sprayed it with my perfume. There was no kettle. The shower area was dirty, with grime and stains around the toilet. The toilet didn’t flush properly, the sink cabinet door was hanging loose and looked ready to fall off, and the toilet paper holder was barely attached. I didn’t eat the breakfast. The fridge where the food was set out looked dirty and stained, and the food looked like it might have been leftovers from the day before. My stay was extremely unpleasant. Avoid at all costs!
