I was here for a week while recovering from surgery, and being near the hospital made the location especially convenient. The staff were lovely, warm, attentive, and always willing to help, so my stay felt comfortable and stress-free. Having lots of shops just around the corner was a nice bonus. A genuinely pleasant experience.

I spent 12 nights here and found the staff very polite. The hotel is close to the metro and bus station, with some very good bars nearby. It’s a really good place, and I recommend it.

We’d just left and were writing this from our taxi. The staff were all extremely nice, including the sweet housekeeper who was always laughing and seemed to enjoy her work. The hotel was clean, the rooms were clean, and we even got an upgrade. I really recommend staying here.

We were on the fifth floor, and the elevator broke twice in 24 hours. The bed frame wasn’t great, the soap holder was shabby, and there wasn’t a towel for the third person. I gave two stars rather than one because they were generous with the water.

The rooms were clean and there were plenty of places to eat nearby. The staff were polite, and Irem, the young receptionist, and the bellboy were especially helpful. I had a pleasant stay.
