Mr. Omar made my stay really pleasant. He was welcoming and professional from the moment I arrived, and always ready to help. When the roads were closed, he contacted the other hotel about my reservation and helped arrange transportation. I’m very grateful for his support and hospitality.

Everything was clean and comfortable, and the hotel had a great atmosphere. The reception staff member yousef was especially kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The staff made us feel welcome and looked after throughout our stay. Everyone we met was caring, friendly, professional, and in a good mood. You could tell they care about guests and enjoy their work. Housekeeping did a great job, and our spotless, cozy room always felt fresh and tidy. The whole hotel was very clean and well maintained, which helped us relax right away. Everything went smoothly and was comfortable and enjoyable. We couldn’t have been happier and would definitely come back. We really appreciated the service and hospitality, and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant, relaxing stay. It’s a comfortable hotel with clean rooms and good amenities, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Shops and restaurants surround it, and it’s conveniently close to Osmanbey Metro Station. One thing to keep in mind is the steep uphill street leading to the hotel. It may be difficult for elderly guests or people with mobility problems.
