The location made getting around easy, with major sights within walking distance and Laleli tram station nearby. Breakfast was delicious, room service came promptly, and the staff were polite and efficient. Ercan at reception was especially kind and helpful. The rooms were luxurious and well maintained. I had a fantastic stay at Bekdas Hotel and will definitely return. Thanks, Bekdas Hotel, for making the trip so enjoyable!

I wouldn’t stay here again. The room looked different from the online pictures, and the mini fridge was completely broken. I told the manager about it three times during my seven-day stay. Each time I was told it would be dealt with, but nothing happened, so going through the whole vacation without a working fridge was really inconvenient. The service was poor and the presentation misleading.

The food was really tasty and everything was nice. Suat and Eyob are very understanding people. The hotel is amazing and very cheap, and it’s close to historical places like the Blue Mosque and Ayasofia. Thanks for everything.
