Nisantasi My Residence Hotel

I never stayed here. They took money from my checking account without my permission and now won't return it, even though it said, "cancel anytime." I gave three months' notice that I was cancelling. I believe they are frauds and thieves, and wouldn't recommend staying here or making a reservation.

The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff are welcoming and kind. It's a nice boutique hotel in a central spot, with many attractions within walking distance and Osmanbey metro station only a minute away.

The staff were polite, which was the one good part. The rest of the experience was horrible. There was no water pressure in the bathroom, it was cold, and the rooms smelled awful because people smoked in them. There didn't seem to be a fire alarm system, and breakfast was very poor. I only stayed two of the three days I had planned, even though the hotel rate was high and I wanted to give it a chance. It wasn't worth it, not even one star.

Marala and jeren at reception were wonderful. They helped me in so many situations, and they're friendly and clearly love their work. The hotel is very clean and organized, more like a boutique hotel, and it really feels like home. I enjoyed my stay a lot.
