We stayed with my parents, and the room was clean and pretty quiet at night. We liked the breakfast, and the terrace view was amazing, especially at midnight. The staff were very kind and welcoming. Ebru was so kind and really helped with all our questions. Ozer and David, thank you guys! We’re excited about this place. Thanks to the hotel!

The location was great, just a five-minute walk to the Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Art Museum, Topkapi, and other interesting places. The three staff members I met, Ebbru, Imam, and Dawod, were very friendly and responsive, and made me feel at home. Olimpic Hotel Istanbul gave me excellent service. I’ll consider staying here on our next visit. Thank you so much.

We never felt safe here, and the room itself was miserable. The air conditioning was broken from the first night, so staff told us to leave the windows open. Mosquitoes badly bit our child, and traffic noise kept us awake. There was mold, grime, and cracks throughout. The faucet handle came off when touched, water poured from the shower's upper fitting, and the heavy showerhead looked like it could fall. The electronic lock was broken and blared loudly. We waited until 2 a.m. with our exhausted child for a technician, who only took the lock apart. There was no deadbolt to secure the door from inside. Staff spent two days saying no other rooms were available, then offered one when we were checking out early. This hotel wrecked our family vacation.

We were given a complimentary upgrade to a room overlooking the sea, and Ebru and imam were wonderful hosts. The hotel is right in the city center, just one street from Sultanahmet. We had a really pleasant stay and would book here again on our next trip to Istanbul.
