The location made it easy to reach the main attractions, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Ahmad at reception deserves a special thanks for handling every request quickly and efficiently. The rooms are modern and cozy, and some look out onto Galata Tower. Just keep in mind that rooms facing the road can get a little noisy at night.

I really enjoyed staying at Opale Hotel and would happily return. It's clean, comfortable, and well run, with spacious rooms that are thoughtfully laid out and a calm, welcoming feel. Mr. Gökay, the school principal, was professional, kind, and supportive throughout our stay. His careful attention and genuine hospitality reflected well on the whole team and made a real difference.

The location was good, but the rest of my stay was disappointing. I booked two nights and was moved to a different room each day, which was the last thing I wanted after a long flight. On day two, I paid full price for an extra night because late checkout wasn't offered. Even then, they told me to leave at 11 a.m. and wait until 2 p.m. to check in again. Had I known, I wouldn't have paid for a second night just to get three extra hours. I couldn't communicate with the staff because they don't speak English. The place felt more like a motel, and outside noise made sleeping impossible. The Wi-Fi didn't work, so I had to use my own data. Even the slippers had mold. I wouldn't recommend it; I've stayed in better places for the same price.

The location is excellent, and it's a great place to stay. The front desk staff member was extremely friendly and went to extraordinary lengths to keep guests satisfied.

The location and price were both good, and it’s only a six-minute walk to Galata tower. The staff member handled everything really well. I’ll definitely come back.
