The place is quiet, has elevator access, and made for a comfortable stay for the price. It's in a good spot, about a five-minute walk downhill from Taksim, and the surroundings felt safe. Staff were friendly and welcoming. My main issue was the cleaning. There was clearly dust in the room, and the toilet needed more attention too. I'd appreciate a deeper clean, since a tourist wants a clean, comfortable stay.

The location is very close to Taksim, with lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. They serve very good quality food, and my double room had air conditioning. All the staff were kind and welcoming. I met Farzam, an Iranian guy at reception, who was especially helpful. I don't think it's fair to rate the whole hotel poorly because of one dodgy receptionist, Gorani or Gorgin. He offered to arrange a taxi to Sabiha Airport and said it would cost double. I later found out he had paid the driver half that amount, which left me feeling really bad.

A very bad experience. The air conditioner didn't work, and the place wasn't clean. I asked the cleaner more than once, but an employee told me there was no one available to clean. Very bad place.

The rooms were small and cramped, and the room quality was poor. The staff weren't good either. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. It felt like a waste of money.
