I booked an apartment for three nights and got to the "Hotel" early in the morning. They welcomed me, confirmed the reservation, and took my luggage. Check-in was supposed to be at 2:00 PM, which was fine, so I went out for breakfast and a tour of Istanbul. When I came back at 1:45 PM and asked to check in, they said there was no room available because the guests had extended their stay. Then they also said they hadn’t received my reservation. I’d never rely on this "Hotel" again.

It’s clean and new, and generally a good place. The view was bad, though, and it’s not that close to public transport.

A lovely spot, with nearly all the shopping streets close by.

It's so awful, it doesn't deserve even one star.

Haj Ali and his son, Muhammad, are especially welcoming and well-mannered. The hotel apartments are close to Osmanbey Metro Station, with shops and restaurants just a short walk away. They’ve also recently opened newer apartments nearby, with a much more luxurious feel.
