The staff at Stories of Galata were so kind and professional that we really felt at home. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the location was great. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return to Turkey. Highly recommend!

The place feels old and worn, but that gives it plenty of character. It’s functional enough for a good stay, though I wouldn’t expect anything fancy. What really stood out was how helpful and accommodating the staff were. I accidentally booked the wrong dates and showed up a month early, and they moved me between different rooms throughout my stay to make it work.

The room I shared with my daughter was spacious, nice, and quiet. It was a pleasure staying here, with caring, wonderful people running the hotel. This is certainly no chain. I’d love to come back.

The street is quiet, away from the loud tourist areas, but the tram and bus station and Galata Tower are still walkable. I arrived early in the morning, and the staff helped me even though check-in wasn’t until 2. They were amazing, super friendly, and helpful. As a traveler, this is one of the best hotels I’ve ever visited. ❤️

Getting around from here was so easy, which made the stay really convenient. My room was cozy and clean, and I felt comfortable the whole time. The staff were warm and welcoming too. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.
