We spent a month here on vacation. The building is nice and has good security, parking, a gym, and a swimming pool. Mr. Yasin, the manager, is brilliant and professional, and the other staff are nice too. The area was the hard part for us. It felt shady and very unclean, and I didn’t feel safe walking around. On foot, there’s almost nothing nearby for sightseeing, a good meal, or shopping, and not even a metro station. Having a car would make a difference. It was also extremely noisy and crowded. Even opening the windows for ten seconds at midnight brought car noise, ambulances, and calls to prayer from three large mosques around us. That could make you uncomfortable.

We stayed five nights and enjoyed the pool and the area. The staff were very helpful, and it was a nice place to stay.

The staff were nice and had our room ready several hours before check-in. Everything was clean and tidy, and I appreciated the little shower gels and shampoos 🥰 The modern room had all sorts of useful things, including a coffee machine, kettle, washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher.

We booked a studio through booking.com, and it matched the listing: small, clean, and efficient. There’s a little indoor pool, plus a gym and locker room where you can change. Things feel a bit worn, but it was okay.

Just a short AirBnB stay, but I had a great time. The building is new, the interior feels luxurious, and everything’s well kept. Great facilities too, including an indoor pool, gym, and parking. Highly recommend!
