We’d booked the VIP room a month ahead, and our confirmation clearly showed it was paid for. But when we arrived, we were put in a much smaller room with no windows. It was hot and uncomfortable, and the manager said someone else had booked the VIP room just an hour earlier. It seemed they’d received our reservation but hadn’t held the room. When I asked for some money back for the hassle, they said we should feel lucky to have any room and wouldn’t have to pay again. The management felt unprofessional, and the tiny bungalows were suffocating. A really disappointing stay.

I was there for a wedding shoot with beyaz karaler organization, and it was awesome.

We had a nice time here, and it was a good way to get away from the Istanbul crowds. I was with my daughter, and everyone was kind and willing to help. The restaurant food was super tasty. Keep in mind that nobody speaks English, and Wi-Fi is only available at reception. I’d book through the website since it’s cheaper than booking at the hotel.

The staff were nice, the breakfast was delicious, and our room was clean and good. We had a calm, enjoyable two-day stay. Public transportation is available.

We got a very small room and not the one we’d booked. Management was cheeky and unprofessional, with no regard for customers. I’d stay at the elite world hotel across the road instead.
