Mr. Mustafa upgraded our room and quickly arranged the extra bed we asked for. Throughout our stay he kept checking that we were taken care of, and made it clear we could contact him anytime for help. I’m grateful for his professionalism and outstanding hospitality. The service and welcoming attitude deserve real appreciation.

Gülce, Mustafa, kübra, Seren, arda, Kemal, servet and furkan were amazing. Everyone from housekeeping and the restaurant to the security guards was incredibly helpful. The servers were attentive and friendly, and the coffee was great. There are coffee and baklava shops, and the baklava is really tasty. I had a great experience overall and would recommend the hotel to anyone.

Gokhan, Sabahattin & servet at reception were always kind and helpful. The hotel is spotless, the rooms are lovely, and the cleaning staff did an immaculate job. Everyone was cheerful and kind. It’s right in the center of sisli, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was included; I only got up for it a few times, but it was nice. I had an amazing stay and would highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking in this area. 10 out of 10. Thanks again for a wonderful visit.

Mustafa, security staff member Mehmet, and reception employee Extra Burak were especially kind and gave outstanding service. The whole staff was friendly and cheerful, and the service was excellent. They made my stay memorable. 🌟

Mustafa and the rest of the hotel team were helpful, and the rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast didn’t have a lot of choices, though what was there tasted good. The location is quite far from the city and old town, around 30 to 40 minutes of travel. If you’re okay with that journey, this is a good option.
