The staff were friendly, but the hotel is in the middle of nowhere and a long way from the airport. I stayed three nights while recovering from surgery, and the hot water was a problem. On the second day, after I removed my bandages, the water turned cold while I was showering. I had to wait until after midnight to get hot water. The bath drain smelled vile too, so I had to keep the bathroom door shut. I reported both issues twice, and nothing was done.

The price for what you get was good, and the staff were helpful. There was an issue with my room, but they switched me to another one right away.

The hotel was clean and beautiful, with really distinctive decor. It’s near local amenities, and there’s parking on site. It also seems suitable for children and disabled people. The staff were very friendly. Highly recommended.

4/10
The room smelled of cigarettes and room fragrance, which bothered us as non-smokers. The hotel is in an area with factories, though that’s not much of a problem if you have a car. There are buildings on the left, and two buildings attached to the hotel on the right. The pictures on Airbnb didn’t match what we found in reality.

The room was clean and lovely, and the prices were good. We got a warm welcome from the staff and general manager. Everyone was extremely friendly, especially SECKIN, who was an amazing, respectful man and helped me a lot. I recommend this hotel.
