The rooms are decent for the price, as long as you don’t expect much. I won’t come back, though staying here is still worth considering. The reception staff were very rude, with no welcome or thank you. The cleaner was just as rude. While we were changing rooms, she practically shouted, “Come on, get out!” At night, the hotel elevator fell from the 9th floor to -1 while going down.

The staff were helpful when we hosted visitors from our company, but finding the hotel was difficult. We knew it as Royal Kids, while the hotel gave the name Agora Royal, and breakfast wasn't available. I hope they sort these things out soon.

My family and I had a lovely stay at RoyalSuit. In Ozyurt, it's the only place I've come across that was both clean and welcoming. Thanks!

Communication was easy, and the place felt clean and luxurious. The prices are reasonable too. Thanks again for the care and hospitality, I'd definitely recommend it.
