Bercan was lovely from the moment I checked in to when I left. He went out of his way to help, always smiling and saying hello whenever I saw him. Having someone like him at the reception made the area feel a little safer. It was lovely meeting you, Bercan, well done. I also had a nice chat out front with the evening shift guy. He was easy to talk to and funny, and made me laugh while telling me about his routine and life with his two hyperactive kids.

We could hear everything other people were saying. The first room also had pee in the unflushed bathroom and some hair in the bedroom. They changed our room after we told them, but I was still very disappointed. We booked online because of the reviews, and this place isn't suitable for families at all.

The reception guys were friendly and helpful, and the water was good and hot. But the rooms priced at 300-400 were in bad condition: the toilet was broken, the walls were cracked, and the furniture was very old, just covered with some white sheets.

The jacuzzi was the highlight, and the place was very comfortable. A really beautiful place to stay, I can only recommend it!

There are big rooms and everything you need around the hotel. The staff are super kind and professional too. Awesome place!
