Raimond Hotel

The manager was incredibly helpful and did everything possible to make our stay pleasant. The rooms were decent and breakfast was really nice, so I was very pleased overall. The Blue mosque and the Grand Bazzar are just a 15-minute walk away. Happy days 😊.

I’m grateful for the care that made everything go smoothly for my mother. The hotel arranged her transfer and sent a detailed video in advance showing the way to the meeting point. The driver met her and helped with her luggage. At check-in, a receptionist who spoke Russian assisted her, which mattered a lot since it was her first time in Turkey and she was worried about the language barrier. Thanks for the excellent service and hospitality.

The room had a TV, air conditioning, a mini fridge, a hair dryer, a safe, and especially a bathroom, but we paid for those things. I don’t think asking for a clean room is too much. We were out sightseeing most of the day and only used the hotel to sleep, but it still should have been cleaner, and the staff more friendly and up to date. We stayed at Hotel Raimond. The maid didn’t change the bed linen, which hadn’t even been changed when we arrived. For three days we kept asking her and the receptionist to replace it. At one point, she told us to take it off ourselves and bring it downstairs to get a fresh set. We refused. I’d think carefully before choosing this hotel next time. It could be cleaner.

The hosts were welcoming right from the start and stayed pleasant and helpful throughout. Our room was lovely, with clean sheets on a very comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. Breakfast was fresh every morning, and it was great value for money. A super stay.
