We'd been living here for a year, and the new cleaning team is amazing. The last time, they gave us big, warm blankets because it was cold, something the previous team had never done. They cleaned the air conditioning vents too. It's the best cleaning job we've seen here. The reception people are nice as well, and the cleaning service was okay before the new team came.

I really enjoy living at Prime Istanbul Residence. It's part of a five-star hotel complex, and it stands out for comfort and quality of life. The place is well organized, clean, and secure. Its location and amenities make me very happy, and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, high-quality life in Istanbul. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It's a quiet place in a nice location, and there are quite a lot of activities on site. Whether it suits you depends on what you're expecting.

The small grocery store downstairs was the best part, and the employee there was extremely polite and well-mannered. The apartment had three rooms, but only one had air conditioning. The receptionist said they all did, then told me to open the windows for fresh air when I brought it up. None of the rooms had blackout curtains, just sheer white ones. Getting there by Uber was difficult, and I struggled with the language barrier. The route is complicated to explain, and the trip was tiring, especially with an elderly person. The bathrooms had no ventilation or bidets. The washing machine was poor quality and wouldn't dry or spin, so clothes stayed damp for two days. We'd agreed with the receptionist that I would check out at 2 PM, but the next morning the receptionist made me leave at 12 AM. Cleaning is only available every seven days, or costs around 250 riyals. They don't even collect the garbage bag left at the door.
