Breakfast was okay, and the staff were polite, helpful, and on top of things. Thanks for looking after us while we were there. The room is a bit, but otherwise it’s a great hotel. The location is lovely, right beside the main attractions, so you can see them on your first day and take it easy for the rest of the trip. Thank you.

The rooms are a little small, but the service and location make up for that. It’s easy to walk to the Haggia Sophia complex, and the location is excellent. Breakfast was good, and the people at reception and the person looking after the buffet were patient and helpful. A great experience overall.

The rooms were modern and clean, and being on a dead-end street meant there wasn’t much noise. Breakfast was good, and the dining area was beautiful. The staff helped make our daughter’s birthday special: they left a little cake in our room, gave us the best room possible, then let us use the dining area to decorate for a family cake cutting and even turned on the coffee machine for our guests. Mohammed at the front desk was amazing, considerate, and helpful. The other staff member was great too, though I didn’t catch his name. A couple of things could be better. The cleaning lady was a little pushy about cleaning even though we had our two-year-old with us, and she didn’t speak English. Also, the AC switched to fan mode at night a couple of times and we couldn’t fix it. Still, it was very close to a perfect stay. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend it.

There are cafes, restaurants, shops, and markets all around, and the popular tourist sights are within walking distance. Breakfast is included. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the customer service was the best. It’s a very good place to stay. I’d definitely book again if I return to Istanbul.

Muhammed at reception was super friendly, listened to us, and gave advice about restaurants, car rentals, and places to visit in Istanbul. Thanks to him and the whole team. We were five adults travelling as a family. The hotel was very clean, and our room was spacious, comfortable, and looked out over the sea. It’s well located, near lots of shops and Sultan Ahmed mosque, and only a few minutes’ walk from the monuments. I highly recommend it. Fedel
