Quars Palmiye Hotel

The staff were really good and helpful. One of the best hotels.

I was unsure after reading the older reviews, but the new owners have completely changed things. The staff are very helpful and make you feel at home, more like family than a guest. They’ve clearly put a lot of effort into the place. The new management’s first step was changing the name to "BIG BOS HOTEL". I was very satisfied and would definitely recommend giving it a chance if the old reviews put you off. I’m thinking of coming back. The only thing missing was coffee, which had run out when I arrived :)) Thanks for everything 🙏

It changed hands about 3 months ago and is now called BIGBOSS HOTEL, so it’s a bit different from what you might read in older reviews. The staff are very humble, and I had no problems with the service. The previous room photos aren’t a fair comparison. Thanks to Ali Bey, who was on the night shift and helped with food and drinks. I invite those who left negative reviews to BIGBOSS.

Think twice before hiring one. The beds at Maltepe Correctional Facility are better :) Need the restroom? There’s a kebab shop downstairs, but the taps are broken. I guess the inmates work there 😂
