I came from the UK in August and spent about 8 nights here. The hotel was amazing and very clean, with the rooms cleaned absolutely every day. Service was astonishing, the staff treated all of us with pleasure, and the prices were a great deal. I'd definitely recommend this hotel and would visit again if I return to turkey. :)

The location suited me perfectly, close to where I needed to be, and the Metro made getting into the city quick and convenient. Staff were always friendly and helpful, and the cleaning was constant and very well done. As a vegetarian, I would've liked more breakfast variety. The one thing that kept this from five stars was people smoking in the restaurant on a couple of occasions. Apart from that, everything was excellent. I had a lovely stay and would consider coming back.

The location was very central, with plenty of places to visit nearby. Our room was comfortable and very clean, and the view was fantastic. The staff were extremely friendly, quick to respond, and helpful with everything we needed. We also enjoyed the hotel's restaurant, especially the rich breakfast. The spa and pool were wonderfully relaxing. I stayed last week and definitely plan to return!

Service was good and friendly. They don't smile, but that's their culture, so I don't think we can complain as visitors from another country. I'm from the UK and have travelled to many other countries, so I naturally compared it with other hotels. It isn't a high-end place like Ritz or Marriott, but it's decent for its price range. I saw some foreigners and even a Turkish rock star using the hotel. Would I come back? Why not.

Our room with the SPA was just like the pictures. The hotel was clean, the room was nice, and the staff were amazing. They helped us with directions and even booked a few restaurants for us. I can't think of a single negative thing to say.
