Ramada by Wyndham Beylikduzu

The beds and pillows were wonderfully comfortable, and my room was very clean. Breakfast and lunch were tasty, with some variety. It takes at least 40 minutes to drive to the airport even when traffic isn’t busy, so there are much better choices if you need an airport hotel. For a holiday focused on historic sites, though, this is a great place.

A very disappointing stay. The staff were unfriendly, especially at reception, and their attitude was poor. The place wasn’t clean enough for my expectations, and they only spoke Turkish, which made things hard for international guests. I don’t think this hotel deserves a five-star rating. It’s the worst hotel in Istanbul.

Turkish Airlines put us here after we missed our connection. Our room was very cold because the heating didn’t work during the snow in Istanbul. We contacted staff more than once, and they said they’d reset the system, but nothing changed. We were exhausted after a long flight and just went to bed. I don’t blame the staff, since I’ve seen many complaints about the heating and cooling system and believe it isn’t their fault. It’s a shame Ramada approves a place with this problem.

I stayed for a week and had a good time. The rooms are spacious and clean, and housekeeping was helpful. The bar is nicely kept and has a pleasant atmosphere, though the dine-in menu wasn’t very appealing. The hotel is a bit far from both central Istanbul and the airport, but taxis make it reachable. There are also some good street food vendors nearby selling Turkish specialties.
