Ramada Encore By Wyndham Istanbul Basin Express

Free parking made things easier, and the hotel is in a good spot, within walking distance of Mall Istanbul. The rooms were clean, though extremely small: the bed was against the window on one side, and there was only enough room to squeeze past on the other. Breakfast had a decent range but could be better, and the Wi-Fi needs improvement. I was satisfied with my stay at Ramada Hotel in Istanbul.

The friendly service and the walkable location near Mall of Istanbul were positives, and the room was clean with a fairly comfortable bed. But we won’t book again. While we were out, someone we assumed was a cleaner entered our room even though we’d left the do-not-enter tag on the door. Nobody asked or told us. That’s unacceptable. We paid 90 euro for a regular room in November 2025. The bathroom was tiny and had no counter for our things, and there was no menu or scan code to order food to the room. Breakfast was disappointing for the price.

I spent 10 days here on my own. It was clean and nice, and Mall of Istanbul is within walking distance. The staff were good, especially Okan, who was really helpful and very nice. Thanks for all your help. I’ll definitely visit again.

Enis was especially attentive and went out of his way to make my stay comfortable. The rest of the staff were welcoming too, and the on-site dining had a great range of delicious dishes. My room was spotless, elegantly designed, and thoughtfully equipped. The location worked well for me, close to major attractions but quiet enough for a restful night. Ramada encore exceeded my expectations, and I’d recommend it for a luxurious, hassle-free stay.
