Riva Hotel Nişantaşı & Spa

The location puts you right in the middle of a popular area, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and cafes. Some rooms face the street, and the hotel felt safe. Staff were welcoming and kind, services came right away, and check-in and checkout were quick. I highly recommend it for groups of 1-4 people.

The convenient location and good breakfast, with enough variety, made for a pleasant stay. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We’d definitely consider coming back.

For a week-long family trip, this was a great find at a very good price. We got a great, spacious room that was very clean, and the place was quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was better than expected, especially the fresh strawberries. Reception greeted us with smiles and were very helpful from the start. They quickly carried our bags up to the room, and check-in was fast and easy. Special thanks to Mr. Cem at reception for helping us during the trip.

For a shopping and food trip to Nişantaşı, the location is hard to beat, right among the boutiques, cafes, and restaurants. We ended up visiting three times, and Nil and Hasan at the front desk made us feel welcome every time. They were warm and attentive, happy to recommend restaurants or just have a chat with a smile. The hotel is modern, stylish, and spotlessly clean. I was so impressed by the atmosphere that I asked to see the rooms. I regret not booking here, but I’m definitely staying next time. Thanks so much!
