RoyalStar Taksim Family Suites

The Booking.com listing said this was Taksim Family House, and it was also listed under that name on Go Istanbul Hotels. I’ve been asked to edit my review because I was told I stayed somewhere else, but I’m attaching photos of the room I actually stayed in. If this isn’t your property, it’s your responsibility to correct the listing. Please contact me and Booking.com, and sort this out with Elegance Apartments if needed. I’ve wasted hundreds of pounds on this trip and seem to have no recourse. I suffered a concussion there due to negligence and now need a brain and skull scan. Edit: If this isn’t Taksim Family House, I strongly suggest you contact Booking.com to fix the listing. I’ve wasted hundreds of pounds with seemingly no recourse. Please contact me directly and contact Booking.com. It’s now called Elegance Apartments, and it was just terrible. The room didn’t resemble the Booking.com listing at all. The bedside lights didn’t work, the overhead LEDs were harsh and bright, and there was no bedding apart from two sheets. The fridge was icebound and the TV didn’t work. The manager wasn’t there when I arrived, and although he seemed helpful, he didn’t make sure the basics were taken care of. He won’t take responsibility for faults, and there’s no chance of a refund. I wasted 226 Euros. Avoid.
