Royal Residence istanbul

It was super clean, and I was really happy with the breakfast. The building felt modern and new, and was great for both security and comfort. I’m thankful to dear Nafas, who was always responsive. I asked for a few things before I arrived, and they did exactly what I wanted.

This was the worst experience of our lives. The apartment wasn’t cleaned for three days, the towels were dirty, and there was no toilet paper. Parking was a problem too, with an average wait of 25 minutes for the gate to open. Nafisa, the manager, only made empty promises.

The building is new and clean, and Oasis Cadde is nearby with cafes, restaurants, a kids' play area, and especially Coffe inn cafe. Staff are polite, friendly, and quick to respond by text. The underground parking feels secure since only permit holders can enter. Inside, the modern decor is nice, but the lighting is a real problem because there are no bedside lamps. The walls are thin enough that you can hear neighbors talking. Wi-Fi is only usable in one room and very weak in the bedroom. Housekeeping is supposed to come every other day, but sometimes they skip it. There’s no washing machine, iron, or hair dryer, and the bedroom has no cabinet, just a small one by the entrance. The kitchen is short on plates and pots, and the two pots there are scratched and don’t feel safe to cook with.

This is my favorite place to stay in Istanbul. Everything is clean, and the host is the best part. Whatever you ask for or need, she never says no. I really recommend it. All the best 👍
