Premium Palace

For a stay in Ataşehir, the location is a real plus, and the price felt fair for what we got. The room was neat and clean, and service was quick and attentive. I'd say the experience went beyond what I expected.

The central areas were close by, which made the location especially useful for my work trip. Check-in was quick, with no waiting around, and I was settled into a clean, comfortable room. I'd recommend staying here.

The room change turned into a two-hour wait, and when they finally moved us, it was the same room type, just with air conditioning. The noise kept us from sleeping comfortably. We'd booked five days ahead, yet the first room had neither windows nor air conditioning. They promised another room, but it wasn't ready. I've stayed in plenty of places, and this was a really disappointing experience. I've never seen such nonsense.

We were comfortable during our one-night stay, and the bed was especially good, we slept well. The room was clean and orderly. Staff were attentive and quick to help whenever we asked, and getting around from the location was easy. We found it good value for the price, and it seems like a solid option for a short stay. We might come back 👍
