The room was dusty and dirty, including the carpet and sink, and my allergies had me coughing constantly. I didn't complain because I was trying to be polite, but there was no soap for washing our hands and no extra toilet paper, so we had to buy some ourselves. The reservation mentioned a minibar, but we were charged for two drinks, which felt ridiculous when we were rushing to the airport. Breakfast wasn't good either. My friend couldn't find any sausage or meat apart from salami. We chose the hotel for its location, pool, sports and sauna facilities, and the appealing photos. When we arrived on the first day, they took payment right away but hadn't told us the pool was closed and out of service. I'd been told it was open 24/7. The next day, reception said they couldn't cancel because payment had already been taken. They said they'd help when I asked about a discount or a gift, but nobody gave us any information after that. We were basically strung along, and it wasn't nice. The hotel staff also didn't speak proper English. My friend asked a question and nobody could answer. Even four-star hotels have English-speaking representatives. The location is good, but the place is very noisy. There was constant racket until morning, men shouting at the football field next door, and a busy crowd. It was really hard to rest or sleep. I don't recommend this place at all. You can stay at better branded hotels for the same cost. And thanks to the hotel staff for not caring about us and for their “wonderful service.”

The breakfast buffet had a good range of choices, and we appreciated the complimentary drinks they provided each day. The rooms were spacious, with a large, attractive bathroom, and the whole place felt comfortable and stylish. It was also very clean and well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. It's officially a three-star hotel, but it deserves more. We had a wonderful stay in Istanbul, highly recommend it, and would gladly come back.

The bathroom didn't even have basics like tissue paper, and there were no international or oriental sockets for travelers, which was really inconvenient. The rooms were extremely dirty and dusty, so I couldn't feel comfortable at all. The AC barely worked, and it stayed unbearably hot. The receptionist was no help and showed no interest in fixing the problems we reported. The place was poorly maintained and unhygienic, and not worth the money. One of the worst hotel stays I've had. I wouldn't recommend it or stay again.

The gym was well equipped with up-to-date Matrix machines, which I really appreciated. Staff were great, helpful, and kind. My room was nice and about as clean as it could be, considering tourists leave their marks. There was an amazing variety at breakfast, though the decorations looked like they'd been put out at least a day earlier. They were very supportive when I needed help connecting to Wi-Fi, but blocking VPN is a big no-go for business travelers like me.
