There was constant loud noise below our room, so resting was impossible. The place was dirty, including the rooms, and the staff treated us very badly and unprofessionally. We also ran into a lot of scamming and extra charges. The hotel is so small it doesn't even have a proper reception area. When we asked for a car to the airport, the price was already expensive, but they still wanted extra money for every bag. I had a very bad experience and don't recommend this hotel at all.

We were in Guest Room 504, and the view from the top floor was amazing. The price felt worthwhile, and the location was handy for everything we needed. Everyone was friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Emin and his team, including the housekeeping and room service staff. A truly pleasant stay!

The hotel is well placed for Taksim Square and Istiklal Street, both an easy walk away, and there are metro, tram, and bus stops nearby. We spent two nights in a triple room at Santa Ottoman Hotel. It was clean, comfortable, and came with complimentary tea, coffee, and water. Street noise does come through because of the central location, but shutting the windows helped. There was also a slight bathroom odor that cleared up with the window open or the ventilation on. Thanks to Mr. Onur, Zeki, and Emin at reception for their kind help. We had a good stay and would consider coming back to Istanbul.

Emin at the front desk was especially personable, and the staff made us feel welcome. The location worked great, with everything along Istiklal within walking distance. There was a fun bar next door and another across the street, about 15 feet away. The hotel arranged airport transport for us, which was easy, less expensive, and on time. We enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast had a wide range of tasty choices, and the location made it easy to reach nearby attractions and restaurants. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with modern amenities, and the bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. Mohamed on staff was friendly and accommodating, making check-in and check-out smooth. I stayed for a weekend getaway and it exceeded my expectations. I had a fantastic time and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, enjoyable stay.
