Sapko Airport Hotel

The room lighting could be brighter, but otherwise I loved the place. It was clean throughout, the staff were friendly, the service was excellent, and the internet was fast. There was a big selection of tasty Turkish breakfast dishes.

I expected less based on the rate and comments, but the place turned out better than I thought. When I couldn't fix the AC myself, reception came to help really quickly. It's affordable, clean, comfortable, and I liked staying here.

For 10 days at Sapko Airport Hotel, the best part for me was how dependable and friendly everyone was. They helped whenever I needed something, and when my email wasn't working I needed extra help with transfers and printing. They sorted it all out, and that personal warmth came through without losing any professionalism. The room had a comfortable bed, a new marble bathroom, and was kept clean all the time. The cleaners deserve special mention. Wifi, minibar, AirCon, kettle, tea bags, coffee, spring water, everything was there. Breakfast was proper, good quality, plentiful, and satisfying. They really look after you. There's a Shopping Mall two minutes' walk away with everything you need. At reception, you can get help any time of day. I also had dinner at the Restaurant four times. The food was wonderful, with vegetables, salads, meat, and good wine, and the service was great. Anything they make with eggplants tastes amazing, and the rest is worth trying too. The restaurant manager was always around for questions. Have you ever had a smiling Chef cook for you right in front of you at 11.15 pm, then wait until you finish in case you need anything else? If so, he's one of those amazing people. Great service and great people.

The room was tiny and not clean, so I'd only consider this place for one night. Breakfast was fine, with different dishes to choose from. There's a big shopping mall nearby, and you can walk to the sea, though it takes about an hour from the hotel. Be careful with AZADE TURIZM at the airport. They lied about the local currency exchange rate and charged a fortune for transport. They seem to have some arrangement with this hotel. Don't repeat my experience.
