The location worked really well for us, with the big mosques within walking distance, a shop right beside the hotel, and several good, cheap restaurants less than five minutes away. But Syed was the real standout. After another hotel scammed us, we found this place at the last minute, and he went above and beyond to get us settled and make us comfortable. He even stayed up late helping us and suggested places to eat and shop. He genuinely saved our trip. If I’m back in Istanbul, I’m absolutely staying here again. Thanks again to Sayed, I can’t recommend him enough!

We stayed six nights on the second floor, where there were only a couple of rooms and it was quiet. The room was clean and had a fridge and kettle, and the staff were friendly and engaging, even checking whether we wanted it cleaned. The train station was close, and tourist attractions were within a reasonable walk. The price was reasonable too, so I’d stay here again.

The staff were the best part for me, always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything. There are lots of restaurants and pretty streets right nearby, and many attractions aren’t far away either. I thought everything was amazing and would highly recommend staying here.

The location is convenient, close to the tram and surrounded by small shops. Rooms are clean, with cleaning every three days or whenever you request it. Great value for money. Special thanks to receptionist Mr. Syed Hilal for his kindness and professionalism, and to the whole staff. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next Istanbul trip.

A really lovely hotel, clean and good value, and we managed to book just the night before. The shower was excellent too. I don’t know the receptionist’s name, but he was such a sweetheart, so friendly. I love this place.
