The breakfast was poor and low quality. Cheese, olives, and eggs were the only things we found acceptable. We also couldn't find a trash can anywhere in the hotel garden, and the rates seemed far too high for the service. Staff didn't seem very willing to solve problems or help guests. We wanted to speak with the facility manager, but never saw him during our three days there. I hope the relevant institutions inspect the place and that it reaches the standard it should. We don't plan to stay here again. We had a slow registration when we arrived, and although three of us shared a room, we were given just one key card. Even basic questions weren't answered directly. The staff kept calling the institution's director to get answers, which felt quite unprofessional. The room was dusty and poorly cleaned, with stains on the sheets and pillows. The shower gel smelled strongly of chemicals, so we couldn't use it. Rusty water came out of the taps, the air conditioners didn't work, and the toilets were very old. The beds sagged, were broken, and seemed past their useful life. When we complained, we were told, "These are our beds, we don't have any more," with no solution offered.
The food was barely food, just bread and cheese cut up carelessly, plus jam packets that cost 50 cents each. I hope I never have to come back. The place had a village feel, and when we arrived, students working there acted superior and didn't seem to understand we were customers. It took two hours for them to clean the rooms. The sheets had faint stains, even the ceiling looked stained, and a kettle was provided with mold inside. Hair that wasn't ours was left on the shower walls, as if nobody had even rinsed it. Yet they say the hotel is spotless. The receptionist was rude. The room for four smelled strongly of mold and felt like a prison. There was no bed frame or duvet, just a countertop, and the room was all yellow. The elevator wobbled as it moved and didn't feel safe. Water barely came from the taps, and the toilet flush kept breaking. Use several outlets at once and the power goes out. The whole experience was disgusting.
We cleaned the room ourselves after they insisted it was clean, even though we said it was disgusting. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned either, with clumps of hair, and the kettle was moldy. Reception didn't care about anyone. The receptionist yelled at our group of 77 people and only apologized after our professors made her. When we tried to ask the students at reception questions, they ran off. There was just one outlet in each room, and the breakfast was disgusting. I really wouldn't give this even one star.
The lift shook at every floor and made me think it might fall. The taps barely gave any water, just a drip. Breakfast felt like the last day at a student dorm, with thin slices of cheese and store-bought jam. The receptionist treated us like unwanted guests. Our four-person room was more depressing than a prison cell. No duvet, no bed frame, and no real cleaning. There were stains on the pillow, someone else's hair on the wall, and mold on the ceiling. The provided kettle looked like a biology project inside. Using two outlets at once cut the power. Coming here felt like a survival game, not a vacation. Don't go.
If you want to spend your holiday cleaning and waste your money, this is the place. The bathroom was full of hair, the kettle had mold in it, and there was only one old power outlet. The breakfast they served was disgusting. The reception staff were arrogant and seemed to avoid guests. They yelled at our group, then gave a meek apology. What a spectacle. With even a little self-respect, you'd stay away from this amateur place.
