I was traveling alone and felt safe and comfortable the whole time. The staff were welcoming, and Wissam was especially helpful. The cleaning ladies were lovely, especially Amel ❤️, and my room was spotless with daily cleaning. Getting around was easy: the hotel is close to Galata Tower, on the road to Taksim, and near a metro station. Everything I needed was within walking distance. I’d happily recommend it, especially to other solo travelers.

We were three girls and felt really safe. Great location and a professional team. Big thanks to the Egyptian Husain at reception for everything 🤩. Highly recommend.

The rooms are roomy, the place is clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. It’s right in the middle of İstiklal street, which made the location perfect. I had a really good stay and would come back next time I’m visiting. I’d recommend it for families or couples.

A nice little boutique hotel right in the city centre. For the price and location, it’s a great deal.

The area is great, but there’s noise through the night, and the room wasn’t well maintained. Quite a few things were broken or didn’t work, which made the stay really underwhelming. The worst part was our last two nights, when the water stopped working from the morning. We couldn’t use the toilet, wash our hands, or shower. The hotel didn’t provide water for the rooms either. At first they said it would be fixed in an hour, but after 12 hours it still wasn’t resolved. They said the whole street had the same problem, but offered no alternative. With that kind of inconvenience and no solution for guests, I definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
