Sirkeci Park Hotel

The Turkish breakfast had a great selection, and both the room and the service made for a lovely stay at Sirkeci Park Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were warm, professional, and ready to help. Special thanks to Mr. Recep Önata for managing and organizing things so smoothly. I’d happily return and recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

The staff were so kind and helpful, and the hotel feels very safe. Its location is great too. I have nothing but good things to say, and would recommend it to everyone.

The food was good, and it’s convenient for attractions, transport, and restaurants. But the room was old and small, the bathroom was black in the corner, and its door handle was broken. The elevator is about the tiniest you’ll find around here. There weren’t many amenities: no toothbrush, and only one sandal for three guests. They’ve stopped providing complimentary water, though coffee and tea are still available. The Booking.com photos are very misleading and don’t match the place. Be careful with hotel pictures when booking online. I’d go somewhere else.

Our arrival was a mess. The location link Agoda gave us was wrong twice, and we spent more than two hours wandering around Taksim before finding the actual place. The listing then turned out to be very misleading. I’d taken a break from Agoda, and returning to it left me feeling completely deceived. I booked a two-bedroom, but the room we got was tiny, barely enough for one person in each room. The bathroom felt claustrophobic, the hallways were narrow, and the elevator could hardly fit two people. The place looked nothing like its Agoda photos. I feel scammed, and the experience ruined our arrival. I’m demanding a full refund for this misleading, unacceptable accommodation. Agoda needs to hold properties responsible and protect customers from false advertising. I’ve attached real photos as proof.
